The vision of the regional development of Slovenia has a key element: the balancing (equilibration) of economic, social, healthcare, cultural, spatial and environmental viewpoints in all the regions of our country.
In this way we will manage to establish, maintain and constantly improve the quality of life and the environment we live in. And that is a precondition for implementing sustainable development in the broadest sense of the term: the optimum exploitation of the existing and future potentials of separate areas without reducing the resources and development possibilities for the future generations.
While planning and implementing communication support to the regional development projects we confront with the challenges of communicating about:
- enhancing the integral development of regions,
- planning and implementing regional and other development plans,
- projects of acquiring domestic and foreign financial funds for regional development,
- building public-private partnerships on local, regional, national and international level.
