Conference on importance of energy literacy

Lecturers and public agreed: “Strengthening energy literacy is important for successful planning of Slovene sustainable energy future”.

Conference was organised with EN-LITE project partners on Thursday, 22. January 2015. More than 80 representatives of education, energetics, decision-makers, and developmental agencies, non-governmental and professional organizations attended conference.

Welcome addresses were made by Danijel Levičar, Director- General of Energy Directorate, dr. Vinko Logaj, Director of The National Education Institute of The Republic of Slovenia, Joshua M. Harris from American Embassy in Ljubljana, mag. Jan Kostevc from copany ELES and Martin Novšak, Director of company GEN energija.

Lecturers and public agreed that strengthening energy literacy is important part for successful planning of Slovene sustainable energy future.
